| Flush floor trunking is used to supply
power, data services within office accommodation with a minimum screed
depth of 75mm, to accept a maximum system depth of 70mm.
Supplied in standard 2 metre lengths in three or
four compartment options.
A predetermined grid design incorporating the position
of the trunking and junction boxes is required for direct fixing to
a ribbon screed 15mm thick. During the main screeding operation it is
essential to have the cover sections fitted to prevent both ingress
and distortion of the trunking side wall.
Once screeded, service outlet boxes may be fitted
in any position on the system simply by removing the 333mm long cover
and internal separator. The service box is then located using the existing
fixings. Service boxes cannot be located in junction box positions.
